Kate BostockWidely regarded as the most powerful woman in the British retail industry, Kate spent 15 years at Next where she revamped the brand. She then moved on to Asda, where she was responsible for the phenomenally successful stand alone George range which she launched globally.

Now, as Head of Womenswear at M&S she is credited with Marks & Spencer’s new-found fashion credibility. Highly motivated and dedicated to her job, Kate loves what she does often putting in 14 hour days.  

Sales of M&S clothing are up 9.2% since Kate joined the store and she manages this massively demanding job along with her family – husband and two sons.
