Caroline Neville is the President of the UK beauty industry’s leading business organisation, ‘Cosmetic Executive Women’ (CEW) UK.

Caroline was appointed President of the non profit trade association in 1996; it now has over 700 members, all executives in the beauty and cosmetics industries. The organisation focuses on advancing the professional growth and leadership development of women in the cosmetic industry.

In 2004 Caroline launched, ‘Cancer and Careers (UK)’ CEW’s independent initiative to support women diagnosed with cancer who wished to continue working. 40,000 "Living and Working with Cancer" handbooks have been distributed free.
